I am trying to pick a name to copyright my photographs under. Is there a website were people are registered so I dont' use the same name?

Mon, May 5, 2008 - 7:59 PMUse your own birth name. If you ever need to sue someone for copyright infringement, it will be easier for you. You're you and the photographs are yours, what else is there?
If you're talking about choosing a business name, you will need to file a DBA (Doing Business As) form with the city, then you'll be able to open a bank account under that name, get a business license, pay taxes, etc.

You'll save money and hassle too.
Otherwise you have to get a DBA (doing business as) and that will cost you time and a few bucks.
