Tue, October 14, 2008 - 6:56 AMDepends on how big your photographic library is..I take it since you just got your first digital camera, it may not be worth it just yet. The Canon Browser and Image Browser is basic enough until you have lots of images which may not be managable.
Start cataloging your images by Year in separate folders, 2008, etc.
have subfolders 2008_month_day_subject_name
underneath that have
Raw files subfolder
Jpeg subfolder

Abject...... u wanna BF...? Ur always so helpful..., i feel like dating you............ lol
Plus ur pyro shots are quite awesome........
Anyway... the XSi i just got isn't my 1st dig cam.., and i do PLAN on taking a crap load of pics..., and i just cant see iPhoto continuing to do the trick, esp with 10, 12 MP pics layin around......
And thanks for the filing tip- but i should really have a jpg AND a RAW fldr..... I guess i kind of already do, as i keep the edited fini jpgs separate after i fini with 'em......
